The Legal 500 and Chambers ranked team is looking to appoint an ambitious and driven Disputes Solicitor to their growing practice. The appointed Solicitor will be working closely with the Senior Lawyer on a range of high-value and complex disputes. The role will include advising on professional negligence claims, commercial disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes as well as contractual disputes.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with up to 5 years PQE who have experience of dealing with a variety of litigation matters. Ideally you will have gained exposure to a varied caseload of litigation matters including commercial disputes, professional negligence claims as well as shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and also general disputes advisory work. You will have a team-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
Offering flexible and hybrid working options, you will be joining a supportive and collaborative team environment where there will be ongoing training and development. Working closely with senior lawyers on complex matters, you will be working within a forward-thinking culture offering quality work and clear progression.
