A leading national law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Pensions Solicitor to head up its Birmingham pensions practice. This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious senior lawyer seeking the autonomy to shape and grow a well-established offering while working alongside nationally recognised specialists across the wider business.
Strategic appointment for a senior pensions lawyer to lead and develop a thriving practice. Advising a diverse client base including employers, trustees, public sector organisations and corporate clients, handling a broad range of pensions matters (scheme governance, benefit redesign, regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, de-risking exercises and complex advisory work).
Collaborating with colleagues across corporate, employment, banking and real estate to develop client relationships, win new work and mentor the next generation of pensions lawyers. Influence over the future direction of the team and contribute to the firm's national pensions strategy.
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with extensive pensions experience gained within a recognised regional, national or international law firm. You will possess strong technical expertise, excellent commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering pragmatic advice to a broad client base. Previous experience leading teams, developing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives will be highly advantageous.
