THE ROLE:
Due to continued growth, this leading national law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Solicitor to further bolster its thriving pension practice. The successful Pensions Solicitor will be dealing with a broad range of pension-related matters across both the public and private sector. Working closely with other teams within the firm, you will also be advising employers, public sector clients, and corporate and commercial clients. You will work closely alongside the team at a senior level, offering support to the partners and assisting in the supervision and development of junior members of the team.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ PQE gained from a leading law firm, renowned for their pension offerings. You must possess solid technical expertise in employment/pension law matters and be able to deliver high-quality and commercially focused advice. The role requires experience across all aspects of pension law and someone who can come in and hit the ground running. Proven business development capabilities, including expanding work from existing clients and securing new mandates, are also essential.
