This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor with 5+ years PQE in pensions law who is looking to take the next step in their career and contribute to high-quality advisory and project work, including risk transfer projects and complex pensions matters.
THE ROLE:
- This role offers the opportunity to integrate into a collaborative environment and provide guidance to more junior members of the team.
- Advising clients on day-to-day pensions matters as well as complex one-off projects.
- Providing high-quality advisory support and drafting detailed deeds and documents.
- Managing your own caseload, working closely with senior colleagues on key client matters.
- Supervision and mentoring of junior team members.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Pensions Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
- Strong experience advising on pensions law, including complex advisory and project-based work.
- The ability to manage a diverse caseload and deliver advice with confidence and professionalism.
- A proactive approach to working both independently and within a team.
- Experience of mentoring and supervising junior team members.
- A self-starter attitude with excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
