An unmissable opportunity for an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join this Residential Property team at an exciting time, providing caseload support to a busy team of Conveyancers. Generous salaries, productive working environment, inspiring peer group and a caring culture.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to a senior conveyancer in residential conveyancing matters, with a particular focus on plot sales.
- Assist with complex aspects of residential conveyancing and leasehold matters.
- Manage referral arrangements while maintaining a strong awareness of compliance issues.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients and professionals, while seeking out and converting new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Ideally working towards CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer qualification.
- Experience as a conveyancing paralegal, with a focus on plot sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills, IT literacy, and solid organisational, time management and problem-solving abilities.
