Due to an exciting growth phase, the expanding Planning team at this leading law firm is seeking an additional Solicitor to further strengthen its technical depth and breadth of work. On offer is the opportunity to undertake high-quality work while receiving strong support and mentorship within a thriving practice.
As the appointed Planning Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising on a broad range of planning matters, alongside highways and environmental issues. You will negotiate planning and highways agreements, as well as support matters involving the threat of compulsory purchase and related planning considerations.
Applicants will have up to 5 years' PQE, and Newly Qualified Solicitors will also be considered. Candidates should have completed at least one seat in planning law within a practice recognised for its planning law expertise. You will be joining a well-structured Planning team in Northampton and working closely with senior lawyers across a range of matters, including both contentious and non-contentious planning, highways, and environmental matters.
