As the appointed Residential Conveyancer you will be supporting the residential property team with a broad range of conveyancing and file management duties. You will possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running within a friendly and experienced team. Ideally you will have experience of fee earning and possess the ability to maintain high professional standards throughout the transaction process.

This is a great opportunity for a capable conveyancer who is ready to come in, manage a varied workload, and hit the ground running within a friendly and experienced team. You will have experience of drafting documents and letters of advice to clients, draft and complete basic legal documents and forms under supervision. In addition you will be file opening, preparation of client care letters and terms and conditions, general filing, file closure. Previous residential conveyancing or paralegal experience, ideally within a busy property team is sought after.
