This is your chance to join a leading North East, Legal 500 firm as part of their skilled residential conveyancing team where you can work in a supportive environment.

THE ROLE: The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of up to 120 files including complex transactions. You will be responsible for reviewing title reports, signing off on other Fee Earners’ files and providing expert advice and representation to clients. This role requires adherence to the firm's file and case management policies as well as accountability for handling more complex matters. You will be expected to consistently meet annual billing and performance targets while maintaining a high standard of client service. In addition, you must stay up to date with compliance requirements and ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and firm wide standards.

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and be either admitted or eligible for admission to the roll of solicitors. You should have proven experience managing a high volume residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. Experience with the Land Registry Portal and a strong, detailed knowledge of residential property law are essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and client care skills combined with an honest, flexible and forward-thinking approach to work.
