Are you a skilled and motivated Private Client Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? A respected and forward-thinking law firm is expanding its Private Client team and seeking a talented individual to join them.
Responsibilities- You will play a central role in delivering expert legal services across the full spectrum of private client work.
- Managing your own varied caseload, including Wills, LPAs, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
- Drafting legal documents such as Wills, LPAs, Trust Deeds, Deeds of Variation and more.
- Supporting clients throughout the estate administration process with sensitivity and clarity.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
- Playing an active part in business development to build client relationships and raise the firm’s profile.
- Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE.
- Proven expertise in Wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and estate administration.
- Experience with succession planning for rural and farming clients would be advantageous, but not essential.
- STEP qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and sensitively.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in developing your own network and profile, as well as the firm’s.
