This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join our team based in the firms Northampton, Milton Keynes or Oxford offices. You will be working with a broad range of clients on property matters from residential tenant issues to commercial lease disputes.
This is a friendly team, led by highly experienced practitioners who can provide you with the support and guidance needed to develop your career.
6+ years' PQE in property litigation, strong technical expertise across a broad range of disputes, confident managing your own caseload, with a commercial, client‐focused approach.
You will manage your own busy and varied caseload, advising a broad-ranging client base on complex and high‐quality property litigation matters, including:
- Adverse possession
- Breaches of covenant
- Rights to light
- Professional negligence
- Boundary disputes and nuisance
- Rights of way and party wall issues
- Trespass and title disputes
- Break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture and repossession
- Lease renewals and termination
- Rent reviews, service charge disputes and tenant default
You will be delivering strategic advice and tailored solutions, working closely with clients and colleagues in a collaborative environment.
