Responsibilities
- Advising clients across the full spectrum of private client matters:
- Drafting simple and complex wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and estate planning
- Tax and succession planning
- Advising high‑net‑worth individuals, including matters involving repatriation and cross‑border estate considerations
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years’ PQE
- Experience managing a varied private client caseload
- Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
- Show empathy and sensitivity when dealing with elderly and vulnerable clients, as well as emotionally sensitive matters
- Be organised, personable, and capable of working effectively within a collaborative team environment
- STEP qualification or progress toward STEP would be advantageous but is not essential.
