THE ROLE
- Senior paralegal with substantial private client experience will join a supportive and collaborative practice with a strong reputation for client care and high-quality work.
- Play a key role within a busy private client department, supporting solicitors and partners while also handling matters with a high degree of autonomy.
- Assist with a varied private client caseload, including wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trust administration, and general private client support and client liaison.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Minimum of 10 years previous experience within a private client department.
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate administration.
- Highly organised and capable of managing a busy workload.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Empathetic and confident when dealing with elderly or vulnerable clients and sensitive matters.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
