The Role
A skilled Employment Barrister is sought after to undertake employment related advocacy on behalf of a growing client base across the private and public sector. You will be conducting advocacy that involves all areas of employment related litigation as well as taking a lead role in the internal advocacy team developing junior members of the team.
The Candidate
As an Employment Barrister, you will play a pivotal role within the highly successful employment team and be expected to deliver an outstanding service to clients. You will have substantial experience practicing in Employment Law, with a strong track record in advocacy in the Employment Tribunal. Ideally, you will have some experience of mentoring and developing junior members of the team. Along with outstanding advocacy and negotiation skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail, you will also possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
