Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a progressive, client-focused law firm offering excellent support, high-quality work, and clear career progression?
THE ROLE:
- Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more.
- Deliver high standards of client care and ensure expectations are managed regarding outcomes, risks and timescales.
- Liaise effectively with all stakeholders including estate agents, mortgage providers and clients.
- Participate in business development and contribute to the team’s continued success.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with minimum 1 year PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Confident handling a full caseload independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-first approach.
- A strong team player with a willingness to supervise and support junior colleagues (previous experience in this area would be advantageous).
- Keen interest in business development and networking.
