The Role
You will play an important role in supporting a busy commercial property department. You'll gain hands-on experience across complex and high-profile matters, helping clients achieve their objectives while developing your own expertise in commercial property law. You will assist with a varied caseload to include landlord and tenant matters, property finance transactions, acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals and ongoing property management and rent reviews and lease restructuring. You will also support senior members of the team with more complex matters.
Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Paralegals with a minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial property law.
- You will have previous experience working within a commercial property department.
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to client care.
