THE ROLE
Exciting opportunity to join a well‑established organisation on a 12‑month maternity cover contract. Responsibilities include supporting procurement and contracting processes to ensure effectiveness and sound risk management. This involves drafting and reviewing third‑party contracts, maintaining standard terms and conditions, and assisting with key contractual documentation. The role also involves conducting legal research and preparing briefings on topics such as competition law, public procurement, contract law and intellectual property.
THE CANDIDATE
