Join a leading national law firm with a highly regarded Restructuring & Insolvency team, working alongside recognised specialists on complex, high-value matters.
This role offers high-quality work, excellent career progression, and a collaborative culture for an ambitious Insolvency Solicitor.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the firm's Corporate, Banking & Finance and Real Estate teams on cross-disciplinary matters, handling a caseload of predominantly non-contentious matters, advising a broad range of stakeholders in distressed situations, including lenders, investors, corporates, directors, individuals, and insolvency practitioners.
- Manage a varied caseload including some transactional work and participate in marketing and business development initiatives to support the continued growth of the practice.
Demonstrate excellent technical expertise, strong drafting and communication skills, commercial acumen, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Apply with 5+ years' PQE and strong experience in restructuring and insolvency matters.
