A leading, collaborative legal practice is seeking an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor to join its busy team in Norfolk. This is a varied and fast‐paced role covering both contentious and non‐contentious work, offering exposure to complex matters and a diverse client base including insolvency practitioners, creditors, directors, and employees.
The successful candidate will work across a broad range of insolvency and restructuring matters, including:
- Supporting business restructurings and formal insolvency processes
- Assisting with insolvency‐related disputes and contentious matters
- Drafting legal documentation and conducting legal research
- Managing files and progressing matters efficiently
- Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates
ABOUT YOU
- Be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE
- Have strong technical knowledge in insolvency and restructuring
- Be confident managing a varied caseload in a fast‐paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and time‐management skills
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Be detail‐focused, resilient, and calm under pressure
