An excellent opportunity to join the highly respected regulatory team of a Chambers and Legal 500‐ranked firm. The role provides exposure to top‐quality work, flexible working options, and strong potential for career advancement.

You will oversee a caseload of regulatory matters, including presenting cases at hearings such as interim order applications and reviews, contested hearings, applications for interim order extensions in the High Court (subject to your audience rights). You will also be responsible for preparing and managing hearing documentation, in addition to advising on the management and progression of regulatory investigations. The role also involves drafting or approving allegations for consideration by regulatory tribunals and providing broader regulatory advice.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor advocate, with strong technical expertise in carrying out contested and uncontested hearings in a regulatory fitness to practise context. You will demonstrate genuine enthusiasm and dedication to a career in regulatory work, bringing strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach, complemented by excellent client care and a steadfast commitment to continuous professional development.
