Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 2 years' PQE and a proven track record handling a broad range of transactions. You will have excellent technical abilities with the ability to work efficiently with minimal partner supervision. You can expect to be undertaking the full range of commercial property work including sales and acquisitions of properties, land and assets. Experience of leaseholds is essential.
Although you will be provided a busy caseload from day one, the property department has ambitious plans for growth and, as such, you will be expected to build your own network referrers and utilise this to contribute to their growth and success.
