Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a well established and progressive law firm. You will manage a varied caseload of general litigation matters, advising both individuals and businesses across a broad range of disputes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle matters from instruction through to resolution while working closely with experienced colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role offers genuine responsibility, quality work and the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise within a growing litigation team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of general litigation matters, advising both individuals and businesses across a broad range of disputes.
  • Handle matters from instruction through to resolution while working with experienced colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Applications are welcomed from Litigation Solicitors from NQ level upwards with experience in general civil litigation matters.
  • Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to client care.
  • Ability to manage own workload, and a keen willingness to develop career with the firm.
  • Experience in property litigation, contractual disputes or debt recovery would be advantageous but is not essential.
