Residential Conveyancer (Team Leader), 3+ Years PQE THE ROLE As a team manager you will be based in the office with some flexibility for home working.
You will run your own reduced caseload and manage a team of 1‑2 lawyers.
The role requires a proven track record of management experience, commercial acumen and a commitment to coaching and mentoring team members to maintain high delivery standards for the firm’s clients.
THE CANDIDATE We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified residential conveyancer who is ready for the next step in their career.
Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of all residential conveyancing matters, be methodical and well‑organised, and have a proven history of managing and growing a team.
