A leading regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor into their thriving construction team in the East Midlands.
The Role
The highly rated construction team is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to handle a caseload of contentious construction cases. The role requires the appointed Construction Solicitor (Contentious) to work to tight deadlines and prioritise their own caseload of matters. You will be joining a friendly team working on a broad range of clients, advising on a variety of construction disputes.
The Candidate
You will have at least 3 years of experience in construction disputes or be a Disputes Lawyer looking to retrain within construction law. The successful Construction Solicitor or Litigation Solicitor will have a genuine desire and passion to specialise in contentious construction matters. With a strong understanding of contentious construction matters you will be looking for a successful and dynamic team where you can see your career flourish. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
