About the Role
This is a position within one of the largest law firms in the area, comprising 13 experienced partners and a team of highly qualified solicitors. The successful candidate will join the established commercial property team, supporting fee earners with a variety of tasks.
- Assist with leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals
- Undertake searches, draft and approve leases
- Manage exchanges and post-completion correspondence
