Overview
Legal Assistant (Residential Conveyancing), Worcestershire, up to £26k+ (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join a dedicated Residential Property team in a supporting role, offering generous holiday entitlement, a pension scheme, and free on-site parking. Job Ref: TL1451
Responsibilities
- Managing residential property transactions from start to completion, working closely with conveyancers, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
- Support all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and first registrations, handling tasks such as file openings, fixed fee quotes, ID checks, Client Care Letters, contract packs, Stamp Duty Land Tax forms, billing, completion statements, and Land Registry submissions.
- Maintain strong technical expertise in Residential Property matters, including knowledge of completion statements and post-completion work, with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Legal Assistant in a Conveyancing Department.
