OVERVIEW:
β’ This firm are accepting applications from candidates with a minimum of 2 yearsβ minimum experience as a Legal Assistant in a Conveyancing Department.
β’ The role involves managing residential property transactions from start to completion, working closely with conveyancers, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
β’ You will support all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and first registrations, handling tasks such as file openings, fixed fee quotes, ID checks, Client Care Letters, contract packs, Stamp Duty Land Tax forms, billing, completion statements, and Land Registry submissions.
β’ You must have strong technical expertise in Residential Property matters, including knowledge of completion statements & post completion work, possess a high attention to detail and be capable of meeting deadlines.
