We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join a growing HR Consultancy team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice across the employee lifecycle in collaboration with Employment Law solicitors.
  • Handle employee relations matters, workplace investigations, organisational change projects, HR documentation, training delivery and client support.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of our HR Consultancy service across a broad range of sectors.

Qualifications

  • Previous consultancy or professional services experience.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
  • Demonstrated ability in employee lifecycle HR advisory.
