Overview

Housing Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £65,000+ (DOE). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housing Solicitor to join a nationally recognised team with a reputation for delivering high-quality, practical advice. JOB REF: 1438

Responsibilities

  • You will act for social landlords and other organisations on a variety of housing management matters, including access injunctions for gas and electricity safety, injunction claims, disrepair claims, breach of tenancy and possession claims, leasehold management advice and service charge disputes.
  • You will work directly with clients, helping to provide proactive, commercial, and solutions-focused advice, while contributing to the continued success of this nationally recognised practice.
  • You will support more junior members of the team.

Skills required

  • Applications are sought from Housing Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
  • Experience acting for social landlords.
  • Strong drafting and legal analysis skills.
  • Excellent organisational ability and keen attention to detail.
  • A clear communicator with a professional, client-focused approach.
  • A team player with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
