This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established and supportive law firm that prides itself on delivering exceptional client service. You will play a key role in supporting our Residential Property team, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.
Responsibilities:- Providing administrative and secretarial support to fee earners
- Preparing contract packs and completion documents
- Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors
- Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate records
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Residential Property or Conveyancing
- Excellent typing and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- A keen eye for detail and excellent accuracy
- Outstanding communication and client care skills
- A positive, proactive and professional approach
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
