OVERVIEW
- Seeking a full-time Locum Family Solicitor who is a Legal Aid Supervisor to join the team on locum basis
- The role will involve handling a Care / PLO caseload, alongside some Private Children matters
- The work will be predominantly Legal Aid, with a smaller proportion of privately funded private children cases
- The locum must be able to run their own caseload independently and undertake their own advocacy without supervision
- Office attendance is required 3-4 days per week, with flexibility to reduce to 2-3 days where there are no court commitments
- Flexible start date with an initial assignment of at least 3 months and potential for extension
- The role is supported by an experienced legal secretary
