Family Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Warwickshire, £(DOE) – My client is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualified experience in Private Family Law to join a growing and dynamic Family Law team. JOB REF:TL0561
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of high net worth, privately funded matters, handling each case from instruction through to conclusion.
• Advising clients across Divorce, Financial Remedy, Children Law, Domestic Violence, Emergency Applications, Adoption & Special Guardianship.
• Solid experience in financial relief and conducting cases from start to finish.
• Play an active role in business development.
• A passion for outstanding client service and a strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills.
