OVERVIEW:
- Managing all aspects of client cases from instruction to conclusion, including regular updates via phone, email, and in person.
- Responsible for managing varied caseload of privately funded family matters including divorce, separation and children matters.
- Providing clear legal advice on risk, funding options, and chances of success, while ensuring compliance with the firm\’s risk and regulatory obligations.
- Drafting legal documents, issuing court proceedings, attending hearings, and briefing counsel as necessary.
- Effectively using the case management system to ensure timely progression of cases.
- Supporting marketing and business development efforts, including networking, writing content, and promoting the firm\’s brand.
