The predicted salary is between 60000 - 70000 £ per year.

A full-time opportunity to join a busy team who have an existing caseload in place ready for you to step into straight away.

This is a key role within a growing practice, offering high-quality work, genuine responsibility and the support of a collaborative and well-resourced team. You will advise and represent clients across the full spectrum of family childcare matters, delivering expert guidance in complex and sensitive cases while contributing to the continued growth and profile of the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied childcare caseload including child arrangements orders, contact disputes, parental responsibility matters, adoption proceedings, emergency applications and protection orders, and public law childcare proceedings.
  • Advise and represent clients at court and tribunals, conducting advocacy where appropriate.
  • Participate in business development activities and relationship building.
Qualifications:
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and experienced childcare lawyer with a strong reputation for client care and technical excellence.
  • Childcare Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
  • Significant experience in complex family childcare matters.
  • Advocacy experience and confidence in court representation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.
