A new opportunity for an ambitious Residential & Development Solicitor looking to secure an opportunity with a supportive and friendly team.

The Role

  • You'll be exposed to challenging, varied and intellectually rewarding work, within a collegiate team known for technical excellence and outstanding client service.
  • You will support Partners and more senior colleagues across a wide spectrum of commercial property and development matters.
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include investment acquisitions, private residential development; local authority and registered provider housing development, estate regeneration and joint venture projects.

Skills Required

  • Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Solicitors looking to secure a role within this area of law.
  • You will be confident and capable of managing your own caseload.
  • You will also support senior members of the team with more complex issues.
  • Participate in marketing, BD, seminars and training activities.
