THE ROLE:
- You will be responsible for managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Assisting senior lawyers on complex, high-value property litigation matters.
- Representing both individuals and businesses across a range of contentious property matters.
- You will have a varied caseload of property litigation matters to include commercial lease renewals, residential landlord & tenant disputes including possession claims and enforcement, Section 214 Housing Act 2004 claims, disrepair disputes, HMO tenancy issues and boundary disputes.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 months experience within property litigation law.
- Solid working knowledge of relevant legislation and court procedure.
- Confident with pre-action, court claims, interim applications, and advocacy.
- Strong client care focus, communication skills, and commercial awareness.
- Proactive, organised, and a great team player.
