Residential Conveyancer in Essex

Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years PQE, Essex, £35,000+ (DOE).

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for running your own residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post‑completion, advising clients throughout the transaction and ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Your caseload will consist of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership matters and general residential property advice.
• Alongside managing your own files, you will work closely with colleagues across the department, providing support where required and contributing to the continued success of the team.

Qualifications

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
• A sound understanding of the residential property transaction process and current conveyancing practice.
• The ability to manage files efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• A proactive approach to business development and building lasting relationships with clients and referrers.
• The ability to work confidently on your own initiative while contributing positively within a collaborative team.
• A professional, approachable and personable manner.
