This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload, covering both commercial property and agricultural/property transactions for a wide range of clients.
The role
You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the property team. You will advise clients on all aspects of commercial and agricultural property work, including:
- Sales, purchases, and leases of commercial and agricultural property
- Farm succession and property management arrangements
- Development, investment, and landlord & tenant matters
- Transfers, easements, and rights of way
- Complex or high-value transactions requiring detailed legal and commercial advice
Skills/Qualifications
Applications are sought from solicitors with between 6-10 Years PQE in commercial and/or agricultural property law. Candidates should be:
- Confident in managing client relationships and providing clear, commercially-focused advice
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to the business
