An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join an established and reputable team. Dealing with mid-high value/complex claims caseload, you will handle matters such as birth injuries, hospital negligence, dental negligence, misdiagnosis, GP negligence and surgical errors.

The suitable Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have at least 2 years PQE in dealing with clinical negligence matters on behalf of claimants. You will have experience of seeing a case through to trial or settlement post exchange of expert evidence. You will have an established record of exceptional client care and be comfortable in understanding clients’ needs and dealing with often sensitive injury issues. You will be self-motivated and organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.
