An established and highly regarded law firm is looking for a Senior Trusts Advisor to join their private client team.

The role is client-facing and would suit an experienced Solicitor or Tax Accountant with proven technical expertise in trusts, estates and taxation. The appointed Senior Trusts Advisor will be advising clients on the establishment and structuring of trusts, administering trusts, preparing inheritance tax accounts and administering death estates as well as registering trusts and estates.

You will either be a qualified Solicitor or accountant with at least 10 years’ experience in trusts and related private client work. You will have strong technical knowledge of trust taxation and compliance. As the appointed Senior Trusts Advisor you will be managing your own caseload and be expected to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

You will be joining a leading practice within their well-established private client team comprising solicitors, chartered tax advisers, trusts and estate practitioners. Advising families and individuals on a broad range of private client matters, the firm is renowned for long-standing client relationships and providing the highest quality of advice.
