Overview: Specialist Lease Extension & Enfranchisement Lawyer, 3+ years’ experience, circa £60,000 DOE, Hampshire office/remote working available. Join one of the UK’s leading specialist leasehold teams, managing a high volume caseload of lease extensions and enfranchisement matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload including lease extensions, enfranchisement claims, and Right to Manage matters.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues across the wider department in a highly collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience in lease extensions, enfranchisement, and Right to Manage work.
- Strong expertise in leasehold matters, experience supervising and training junior staff, and a commitment to ongoing development in this area.
