OVERVIEW:
- As the chosen Residential Development Solicitor, you will be working on a wide range of residential development and strategic land matters.
- Acting on behalf of national and regional developers, landowners as well as promoters you will be managing strategic land transactions, supporting on affordable housing sales and acquisitions, advising on service agreements and easements, joint ventures and option and promotion agreements.
- Joining a dedicated team, the appointed Residential Development Solicitor will have an outstanding opportunity to be a part of one of the largest and most collaborative real estate teams as well as working on high-value projects across the regions.
- You will have at least 3 years PQE gained within a leading national, city or regional law firm renowned for their residential development offerings.
- You will have previous experience of residential development / commercial property work and have a strong interest in building a successful career within this area of law.
