A highly respected and fast-growing law firm in the South East is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor (ideally with 3–6 years’ PQE) to join one of the region’s largest and most well-regarded Real Estate teams outside of London. With an enviable client base and a reputation for delivering City-quality work, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to join a high-performing and collaborative team that handles a broad and exciting range of property transactions.
You’ll be involved in a wide variety of real estate work, including but not limited to:
- Commercial lease transactions (offices, industrial, retail)
- Large-scale residential development projects
- Investment acquisitions and disposals
- Secured lending and finance-related matters
- Agricultural and rural estates property work
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Acting for a broad client base including developers, investors, landowners, occupiers, and financial institutions
The Candidate Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Ideally 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate law (though other experience levels will be considered)
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide pragmatic legal advice
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Enthusiastic about business development and keen to get involved in marketing and networking activities
- A team player with a collaborative approach and desire to grow your career
