The Role:

- Handle caseloads including drafting wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, probate matters, Court of Protection applications, and elderly client advice.
- Build strong client relationships, contribute to business development, and mentor junior team members.
The Candidate:
- Seeking Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executives, or experienced Fee Earners with at least 5 years’ PQE.
- Strong background in handling own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Ideally STEP qualified or working towards it.
- Experience advising on all aspects of private client law, including IHT and complex estates.
- Long-term career growth, autonomy, and a varied caseload are key interests.
