THE ROLE: You will manage your own independent caseload of plot sales matters, working on high-quality transactions for a diverse range of well-known national and regional housebuilders across the UK. You will also play a role in developing and maintaining these client relationships. Working closely with the wider team on development schemes, you will benefit from excellent technical support and access to an efficient case management system.

THE CANDIDATE: You will be personable and bring solid experience in new build matters or residential conveyancing, combined with an enthusiastic and proactive approach and excellent client management skills. Commercially aware, you will be confident working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and will demonstrate a strong ability to learn, develop your skills, and manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
