As a senior leader, you’ll combine legal expertise with business acumen. Play a key role in client delivery, mentoring, and business development, while helping shape the department’s ongoing growth and strategic direction.
Advise individuals and business clients on a full range of commercial agreements, including terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service contracts and franchise agreements, and shareholder, LLP, and partnership agreements. Handle a varied caseload involving sales, mergers, acquisitions, company restructures, and corporate reconstructions. Build and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication. Play an active role in business development, networking, and local professional engagement.
Skills Required
- Minimum of 7 years PQE with proven experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Strong ability to manage a busy caseload across diverse business matters.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Confidence in handling complex transactions and client negotiations.
- A passion for outstanding client care, with strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
