Employment Solicitor (Senior role)

Kaye is a Divisional Manager within eNL’s interim / locum division and has responsibility for the temporary legal recruitment team nationally. Kaye has been involved in legal recruitment since 2006 and has over ten years’ experience within the interim / locum legal professional market. Educated to postgraduate level, including a first class honours degree and a distinction in her postgraduate legal qualification, Kaye has a thorough understanding of what clients require and has built up a strong network of contacts throughout the UK. Her practical and honest advice has resulted in a successful commercial reputation respected by both candidates and clients.

The successful Employment Solicitor will be responsible for providing sound and commercially minded employment advice across a wide-ranging base of respondent clients. You will manage a caseload of employment work including redundancy, disciplinary, grievances, whistleblowing, discrimination, detriment claims and equal pay. Have at least 7 years’ PQE in employment law, with a proven track record in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, case management of Employment Tribunal claims and advising on employer relations and restructures. Gaining exposure to a number of high profile clients, you will have strong client facing skills and will also be keen to business develop and network in the North West market., Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal recruitment as an industry that interested her and where she felt she could develop as an individual. Felicity is determined to become an expert in both recruitment and the legal industry, in order to provide her clients and candidates with strong market information and guidance. As a member of eNLs London & South East Locum Team she recruits for fixed term contract positions, holiday cover and interim roles across the region. She is an excellent communicator, with an enviable work ethic, enhanced by a genuine down to earth approach and an infectious sense of humour.

Zoe Jones – Consultant (Locum)

With over 20 years’ experience working in the recruitment industry, Zoë’s experience includes in-house recruitment for a large financial institution within commercial and corporate banking, as well as local government. With 3 years’ previous legal recruitment experience gained at eNL, Zoë re-joined the team in December 2018 after a short break. With a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a dedication to delivering effective recruitment solutions, Zoë’s aim is to add value to both her clients and candidate’s legal recruitment needs. Zoë will be focusing on the London & South East, specialising in the appointment of interim/locum and consultant qualified solicitors and none-qualified legal personnel across the region. Outside work Zoë is a keen traveller enjoying holidays and experiencing a variety of cultures and cuisines.
