THE ROLE: Are you an ambitious Employment Partner seeking a new challenge? We’re looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a thriving employment practice and play a key role in shaping the future of the team. As a Senior Lawyer within the firm, you will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in advising across the broad remit of employment law including both contentious and non-contentious related matters to businesses.

THE CANDIDATE: You will possess a passion for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused employment advice and work alongside talented lawyers advising on all aspects of employment law. You will have a proven track record as a Partner or Senior Associate ready for partnership. With a client-focused mindset and the ability to develop and nurture relationships, you will be enthusiastic for business growth and be looking for a supportive practice where you can see your career flourish. Ideal Employment Senior Associates / Partners will have experience of mentoring and supervising junior members of the team.
