THE ROLE: Due to expansion within the Dispute Resolution team, the firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Associate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to manage a varied caseload including commercial, property, corporate, shareholder, and partnership disputes. You will handle all aspects of litigation from initial instructions through to court hearings and post-judgment matters, advising clients on costs, funding, and alternative dispute resolution.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in dispute resolution or related litigation areas.
- Strong commercial and property litigation experience, including shareholder and corporate disputes.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Proactive, organised, with a thorough understanding of Civil Procedure Rules.
- Committed to continuous professional development and able to delegate effectively.
