A highly respected and long established law firm based in Devon is looking for a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- The appointed fee earner will manage a varied caseload with a focus on probate and trust administration, while also handling occasional wills and powers of attorney.
- Actively contribute to departmental strategy through team meetings.
- Work with the wider team to support process development.
- Participate in departmental management discussions and contribute to team growth.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitors or legal executives with 3–5 years’ PQE in private client law.
