THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for managing and handling a caseload of criminal matters, including providing representation at both the Police Station and Magistrates\’ Court. You will also take part in the out-of-hours rota for Police Station callouts.
THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed candidate must be Duty Qualified and have at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in managing their own caseload of criminal matters. Including conducting their own advocacy and having management experience. Experience representing clients at both the Magistrates\’ Court and Police Station is essential.
